At Hacienda Buenaventura Hotel & Mexican Charm, delight your palate with a gastronomic experience that highlights the traditional flavors of Puerto Vallarta. Savor authentic Mexican cuisine along with a selection of delicious international dishes at the main restaurant. Our executive chef and culinary team craft each dish using the freshest seasonal ingredients available, with recipes that celebrate the culture and culinary traditions of both Puerto Vallarta and Mexico. Whether you’re dining in one of our three restaurants, enjoying cocktails and live entertainment at the poolside bar savoring a snack and a frozen drink, an unforgettable experience awaits.

Our all-inclusive package includes food and beverages at all restaurants and bars.
Open bar service with alcoholic beverages until 1 am. is also provided.

Los Portales (Main Buffet Restaurant)

Los Portales Restaurant is beautifully decorated with a contemporary Mexican Style. From its wide terrace overlooking the gorgeous gardens and pool area, you will breath the authentic essence of a Mexican Hacienda while tasting the flavors of our regional or international cuisine.

Lunch: 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Dinner: 6:30pm - 10:00pm

Sabores de Mexico

This specialty restaurant features a charming atmosphere with an elegant Mexican décor. Enjoy the authentic Mexican flavor of our exquisite dishes from different regions of the country. Or let us tempt you with our delicious international cuisine. The menu alternates between a Mexican à la carte menu and International Signature selection each day. A previous reservation is required with our concierge. (Only adults)

La Troje

With its breathtaking view, La Troje Restaurant is the perfect place to have a snack at noon or late at night, whether you are enjoying the sun or relaxing in the evening. This is the ideal spot to unwind with its lovely palm shelter and prime location just in front of the pool.

Cascada Bar

Right next to La Troje Restaurant is Cascada Bar. It provides service around the pool and it’s also the place to enjoy our nightly entertainment. Root for your favorite sports team or relax to ambient music on the satellite TV.

Private Dinners

Celebrating something special? Or maybe you just want to enjoy a private setting with your partner, we offer the perfect option for an unforgettable night. The sand, sound of the sea and special lighting from torches and candles create the ideal setting for reigniting the spark with your partner. Special menus are offered for these occasions.
